GlassWorks, we stand behind the quality of our product and we make
things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We take
great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always
forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected
before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon
receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in
transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please
contact us at 847-446-0840 within 7 days. Upon return, your
merchandise will be inspected. In certain circumstances, a usage or
restocking fee may apply.

Custom and special orders are not returnable.
Our shipments are
carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event
you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the
instructions below.
One-Year
Product Guarantee
GlassWorks inc. guarantees our products, free from defects, for one
year from the original purchase date.
We want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase - if you're not, please contact us to
return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt of your
purchase. Item must be returned in new, unused and resalable
condition, and in its original packaging. A credit or refund will be
issued upon our receipt of the item less any return shipping costs.
A restocking charge may apply to specifically noted items. Custom
orders can not be returned due to their uniqueness and
personalization to your specific request.
Returns and
Exchanges
you may return any item purchased on our Web site either by mail or
in person at any GlassWorks store. Pending inspection, a refund or
credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including
taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To return an item by mail,
follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed in your order,
insure the package, and mail it to:
