- Buyer to pay for all shipping costs. Oversize items (dining tables etc.) will be shipped via blanket wrap carrier at a premium price. Smaller items will be shipped via UPS ground.

- GlassWorks will ship World Wide (Shipping over seas will require 2-4 additional weeks and is subject to approval.)
- Local area pick up is available
Exceptions and Conditions
- All refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase
- Buyer pays all shipping costs
- 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all refunds and exchanges
- Damaged glass will be replaced subject to inspection
- We recommend shipping insurance
